Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receipt of the goods without giving any reason, according to the EU Consumer Directive.

Customers outside the EU are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal. You don’t have to pay for returns if the basket value is over 40€.
Right of return
By asserting the effect of the return, you can return the purchased goods to us within 30 days, giving reasons. The return period begins with receipt of the goods.
Important: The item must be in its original condition, including the original packaging. Do not remove any labels and, if possible, use the shipping carton in which you received the goods. If labels have been removed, please include them with your return.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or via contact form. The return form will be sent to you by email.
You should attach the return bill firmly and visibly to your package. Afterwards you can drop off the package at any DHL store or letter carrier. It is even easier if you show the QR code, which you will find inside your return bill. DHL Paket will take care of the rest.
Please keep the delivery confirmation with the shipment number until you have received an answer from us.
The credit note will be issued in the way of the original payment method.
If the value of the goods is over 40€, the return is free of charge for you.
Return from all other countries
All orders must be returned at your own expense.
Your product has a production or material defect? Please contact our competent support team by email: email@example.com or via contact form and we will find a solution together.
Normal wear and tear does not have to be a defect and it may well happen that articles do not survive the legal warranty period in case of heavy use.
Notes on the warranty:
- If there is a material defect in the first 6 months, the legal assumption that the defect was already present at the time of delivery and the seller is in the burden of proof.
- In order to be able to complain about an article, a material defect must have been present at the time of delivery. Damage due to e.g. incorrect handling is not covered by the warranty.
- The buyer must grant the dealer/manufacturer the right to rectify the defect (§ 439 BGB).
